NOVA of California Bloom Torchiere Floor Lamp

Inspired by the elegant structure of underwire fashion design, the Bloom Torchiere Floor Lamp reinterprets Mervyn Weitz's visionary 1976 "Cloud" concept into a refined vertical lighting sculpture. Featuring a soft white satin shade stretched over a steel wire form, this lamp diffuses light into a gentle, ambient glow - ideal for creating atmosphere in living rooms, bedrooms, or reading corners. The base, made of sleek black marble, anchors the piece in visual sophistication, while the black nickel stem delivers a touch of modern elegance. This reintroduction of Weitz's iconic design blends the softness of organic curves with crisp, architectural materials - creating a standout torch-style lamp that feels both timeless and current.

• Each marble base is one-of-a-kind, shaped from natural stone formed by the earth. At NOVA, we have a long-standing tradition of using real marble in our arc lamp bases, not only for stability, but also for its timeless beauty. As an organic material, natural marble features unique variations in veining, tone, and surface finish, making every piece distinctive. If you prefer a uniform, mass-produced look, real marble may not be the best fit for you, but we love its warmth and the way natural materials bring character into a home.
